Beautiful Day

Yesterday was such a beautiful day clear blue skies about 70 degrees with a nice breeze. I went for a walk around the Duke golf course with my cousin Amy. It felt so good to be outside and exercising. Of course today I'm pretty sore, but it's such a wonderful sore. Know I just have to figure out how to get more exercising in.
